Zumba Classes by Nautilus Plus
Every Thursday, from 12:15 to 1 p.m., take part in Zumba classes on Esplanade PVM, presented by Nautilus Plus. To register, call 514 666-0166 or visit the branch at Galerie PVM. No participants will be accepted without prior registration.
🎟️ Package at $125 for 13 sessions, held every Thursday from June 19, 2025 to September 11, 2025. The package also includes free access to one week of training, as well as two body composition tests. Fees are payable directly to the Nautilus Plus branch at Galerie PVM.
👟 No equipment required. Simply wear your sports clothes.
☔ In the event of inclement weather, the event will be replaced by the Circuit Athlétique course presented at the branch at Place Montréal Trust, at the same time. The Nautilus Plus team will communicate directly with those registered for the session.
