BOMA Canada announced that eleven premier buildings across North America, including PVM's business campus, are enrolled in the BOMA BEST Smart Buildings pilot project.

This new certification program sets a global standard for how to measure smart buildings while also providing users with a roadmap to drive further improvement and investment. BOMA BEST Smart Buildings similarly drives tenant experience, sustainability and the bottom line, but does so by considering six key indicators:

  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Cyber and Physical Security
  • Data Management
  • Connectivity
  • Health and Well Being
  • Sustainability 

It is with great pride that the Place Ville Marie (PVM) business campus has been selected as part of the BOMA BEST Smart Buildings pilot project.
