• Place Ville Marie (PVM) would like to hear your opinion so it can serve you better!
• Committed to improving the experience of its occupants, PVM invites you to complete a
short survey about the services offered by the building.
• To thank you for your participation, PVM by Canderel (hereinafter, collectively, the
“Organizer”) is holding a contest (hereinafter, the “Contest”) in which the first 500
respondents will receive a gift card valued at $10, valid at businesses in the Galerie

buildings on PVM’s business campus, be 18 years of age or older at the time of participation, not
be employed by Ad Hoc Research or Canderel, and not share a household with an employee of
either of these organizations. Participants must complete the questionnaire in full and provide
valid answers. Only one entry and one gift card are permitted per person. This offer is subject to
all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. In Québec, any dispute regarding the
organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des
courses et des jeux. Any dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie
solely for the purpose of intervention to attempt to resolve it.

3. HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST
To enter, you must be eligible for the survey, complete it in full before the entry deadline, and
provide your name, email address, and telephone number. Only one entry per eligible person is
permitted.

PRIZE
Five hundred (500) gift cards, each valued at ten dollars ($10), will be awarded to the first 500
eligible respondents. The prize must be picked up at Place Ville Marie (PVM) customer service
within thirty (30) days following the first contact made with the winner. If the winner fails to
claim the gift card within this period, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize,
which may then be awarded to another eligible respondent.

CONTEST PERIOD AND CLOSING DATE
The contest will run from September 9 to September 23, 2026.
To receive your gift card, you must have completed the survey in full no later than 11:59 p.m. on
September 23, 2026, and be among the first 500 respondents.

WINNER SELECTION
Each completed questionnaire is identified by a unique number that is automatically recorded in
a computer file. The first 500 eligible participants will receive a $10 gift card. Participants will be
deemed eligible according to the order in which completed and validated questionnaires are
received. Selected individuals will be notified by email or telephone, using the contact information
provided in the questionnaire, by Ad Hoc Research.

4. PRIZE DELIVERY
AWARDING OF GIFT CARDS
The $10 gift cards will be awarded to the first 500 eligible participants who complete the
questionnaire in full and provide valid answers. Eligibility will be determined according to the
chronological order in which completed questionnaires are received. Once their eligibility has
been confirmed, participants will be contacted by email or telephone, using the contact
information provided during participation, by Ad Hoc Research. They will then be invited to pick
up their gift card at Place Ville Marie customer service, on the date indicated in the email and
within the reasonable period of 30 days.

To receive a gift card, any eligible participant must be reachable by email or telephone, at the
Organizer’s sole discretion, within five (5) business days following validation of their participation.
If an eligible participant cannot be reached or does not respond within the prescribed period, they
will lose their right to the gift card, which may then be awarded to another eligible participant.
Eligible participants are responsible for picking up their gift card at Place Ville Marie (PVM)
customer service.

The winner must also complete and sign a prize release declaration form and submit it to Canderel
at the PVM Gallery customer service desk in order to receive their prize.
Upon receipt of the prize release declaration form duly completed and signed by the winner,
Canderel will give the prize to the winner along with a letter informing them of the terms and
conditions of their prize.
