Conversion to LED lighting, installation of heat recovery heat pumps, automated power demand management: at Place Ville Marie, numerous initiatives strengthen energy efficiency and reduce the carbon footprint. Thanks to real-time equipment monitoring and the efforts of an energy committee that meets monthly, strategies are continuously adjusted. Since 2017, these joint efforts by our technical teams and partners have resulted in a reduction in energy intensity and greenhouse gas emissions.
